When there is ECR from customer,

The process will follow the ECR/ECN control process.

When there is ECR from SPS R & D team or Factory,

The process will follow the ECR/ECN control process.

When SPS needs to send the ECN to supplier,

After SPS receives the ECN/sample test data/approval sheet/ revised samples from supplier, SPS R & D judges whether to approve or not. Once approved, the process will follow the R & D Revision process.
